Mean Girls: The Musical is a hilarious, high-energy stage adaptation of the 2004 cult-classic film, written by Tina Fey with music by Jeff Richmond. It follows naive homeschooled teenager Cady Heron as she leaves the African savanna for suburban Illinois, where she navigates the vicious social hierarchy of high school by infiltrating the "Plastics"—a clique led by the ruthless queen bee, Regina George.
