About the event
Hadestown is a musical that retells the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, but with a modern twist and a blend of musical styles. It centers on the love story of Orpheus, a struggling musician, and Eurydice, a young woman forced to find work in a bleak, industrial world. When Eurydice is lured to the underworld, known as Hadestown, by the powerful Hades, Orpheus embarks on a journey to save her, facing trials and making a deal with Hades that tests their love and faith.
